Hello and Welcome to R3d Fire,
We are recruiting pilots that are interested in micro/small gang pvp. we base out of a c5 static c5, and run wormhole sites for the dank isk.
I hope that we can help pilots experience the thrill of fighting a massive gang in just a few ships. There is a lot of screwing up and dying stupidly to a massive blob but hopefully with a cheerful attitude and a fat wormhole wallet you can persevere!
What we are looking for in order of importance:
 Heavy Dps pilots. oracles/nano battleships/gila/ishtar (among others).
Interceptor Pilots. being able to scout/create content on a roam is critical. strong fleet communication skills required. these pilots are very hard to find.
Anti-Support pilots. nomens/rapid light ships/confessor (among others). anything to help clear the avalanche of fast tackle and help cover the fleet from scrams.
E-War e war frigs very strong but this category is wide open for interpretation imo.
More capital pilots for PvE. (this is a big plus but we arent a pve jewing corp). also, if you aren't a cap pilot, thats fine, there are plenty of other roles to help with pve.
Requirements:
Full api key
Willingness to fight heavily outnumbered, get camped in, fight anyway, get kills, log off and play diablo for an hour, get ur ship/pod home after they get bored of camping.
Fight any wormhole corp that wants you to fight. a t1 frig sacrifice against massive t3 gang just to provide a fight is perfectly fine. 
A good attitude. especially when losing your ship.
Buying ships in bulk so you are always ready to roam!
